Very professional and friendly staff. Clean and luxurious looking rooms. Pool, sauna, and Turkish bath available. Diverse breakfast with hot and cold drinks. Comfortable and safe area with police patrolling.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is very close to metro and tram stations, making it convenient to explore the city. it is within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, allowing easy access to shopping and cultural experiences. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The breakfast provided a variety of options to start the day.
The wifi in the hotel was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating for those needing to stay connected.

The location was convenient, great to easily explore the city on foot or by public transport. The staff were helpful and were very good too assist us, even though we didn't speak Turkish. The spa facilities were a great addition, and the breakfast provided a good selection of options. we highly recommend this hotel for its value and excellent service!

The hotel was very conveniently located, with easy access to the metro and tram stations. It was situated in the Laleli district and was close to the Yenikapi metro station. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, with a selection of items including omelettes and cereal. The staff were helpful and were really nice too assist, even though I couldn't speak Turkish.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to both the metro and tram stations, making it easy to explore the city and visit attractions such as the Grand Bazaar.
While my overall experience was great, there was one aspect that could be improved: the noise from the road outside the hotel.
